Live Edge Wood & Resin Garden Art Shop

For many years I had been working with live edge wood. I had never thought of incorporating resin into my work. A close friend passed away, and we were asked to create a remembrance in memory of her.

She was bright and beautiful. So we looked at mediums that would reflect this. Resin kept catching our eye, now we needed to incorporate resin into the wood… we had never done anything like this before. It was the first time we had ever used epoxy resin. It took lots of experimenting. We didn’t quite anticipate how tricky it would be! Lots of trial and error, and we eventually created our first ever wood & resin live edge feature.

When the sun hit the back of the live edge, we were stunned… The colours of the resin were so beautiful, just like our friend.

This was the start of our resin live edge creations. We have now spent many years perfecting our art and can now happily present you with all of our stunning designs and creations!
