• Once ordered, we will be in contact with you to confirm your order and arrange getting your loved one’s ashes to us
• Our turn around time is 10-14 days once we have received your ashes.
• Once you have filled out the form, add the Rainbow to your basket, we will receive an email with all your information.
• We only require a teaspoon of your ashes to be sent to us in a flat, sealed bag for each product you would like.
• We advise all inclusions are sent to us by recorded delivery for their safety, including your return address on the back of the envelope.
