At Handmade4U, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you can exchange your product or gift. Our team will help you choose a replacement that you’ll love. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, simply follow our Refunds and Returns Policy.

Non-returnable Items

To complete a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Some situations may only qualify for partial refunds, which we will explain clearly if applicable.

Refunds and Returns

You can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Make sure your item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the results. If approved, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange, email sales@handmade4u.co.uk and send back your item for the same product.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit once we receive the item. Otherwise, we will refund the gift giver directly.

Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match the description, return it to us. You can then choose a refund, exchange, or e-gift card. In such cases, we may cover additional postage costs. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after we receive your return, and we may deduct original shipping costs if applicable.

Delivery times for exchanged items vary by location. For valuable items, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance.

In some cases, you can return items directly to our store. Please call first; this option is only available in the UK.
